WIRING LIGHTS

If you are not sure how to wire the lights provided in the DIY miniature kit, here's the simple guide.

SOUND ACTIVATED LIGHTS:

All bauble & lantern kits come standard with sound activated lights which can be clapped on and off.

From the kit, you will find a sound control circuit board with a thin silver disc which is actually a sensor, a few light globes (mini lamps or LEDs) and 3 button batteries.

First of all, insert batteries into the circuit board with flat side facing up and uneven side facing down.

In some kits, the wires are color coded in grey and white for identification of positive (+) and negative (-) connection. Simply connect all the same color wires together and the lights should be on and off when you clap your hands.

When wires are not color coded, you will need to test every single light. Don't worry if you can't identify the positive (+) and negative (-) of the light globes or circuit boardIf the light does not turn on at all at the first test, swap the wires and test again. Use a texter to mark all the wires that are to be connected together including the wire from the circuit boardYou will find this is very helpful after wiring all the lights through several little holes as you may not be even able to tell which 2 wires are from the same light.

Now it's time to sit back, relax and clap your hands!

BATTERY BOX POWERED LIGHTS:

All shop kits and some roombox and dollhouse kits provide lights which are powered by either AA or AAA batteries in the battery holder box.
